During TRAKO 2025, we met with the Foundation for the Development of the Education System to gain a better understanding of how to support vocational education and the development of young people’s skills.

At Rogum Kable, we are consistently involved in initiatives that strengthen technical education and the development of vocational skills in our region.

The Foundation, in collaboration with the Ministry of National Education (MEN), the National Centre for Educational Research (ORE) and the National Institute for Educational Research (IBE PIB), presented key European programmes – Europass, Euroguidance and EVET – which tangibly improve the quality of vocational education. EVET experts provided practical guidance on skills development and adapting education to the needs of the labour market.

Such initiatives demonstrate that dialogue between business and education is not only possible but also essential.

Rogum Kable will continue to support activities that help train future specialists for industry and critical infrastructure.
